License fees when changing plans
QA paid plans are automatically settled on the 1st of every month.
For the month in which you notify us of your plan change, we will settle your account with your existing plan, but from the following month onwards, we will settle your account with your new plan. Please note that we do not offer a pro-rated service.
Precautions when changing plans
When you switch from a paid plan to a free plan or a friend plan, the settings of the paid plan will be reset. (Don’t worry, you won’t lose your data.)
