When 30 minutes have passed without a page transition, the session is considered complete, and you will be taken to the bottom row of &#8220;User behavior data completed in the past two days.<\/p>\n\n<h4 id=\"2-number-of-users-per-minute\" >2) Number of users per minute<\/h4>\n\n<p>The table is based on Google Analytics&#8217; App+Web*.<br\/>As with the 30 minute count, this is the total number of <a href=\"https:\/\/mem.quarka.org\/knowledge-base\/user-and-session\/\">users<\/a> who &#8220;landed on a page or made a page transition&#8221; in the last minute. Therefore, if a user leaves their browser open and goes to Youtube for a minute, they are not counted because they have not done anything on the site.<\/p>\n\n<p>* App+Web is a new property of Google Analytics.<br\/>Currently, Google Analytics has a number similar to the Real Time Report, but it shows the number of active users within 5 minutes (from <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/analytics\/answer\/1638637?hl=ja\">Google Analytics official help<\/a>). Therefore, the number of users per minute in QA Heatmap Analytics will always be less than that number. (See <a href=\"https:\/\/mem.quarka.org\/knowledge-base\/defarence-between-qa-ga\/\">here<\/a> for more information on the differences between Google Analytics and QA Heatmap Analytics.)<\/p>\n\n<h4 id=\"3-data-on-user-actions-completed-in-the-last-two-days\" >3) Data on user actions completed in the last two days<\/h4>\n\n<p>Lists the behavioral data of users who have completed a session within the last two days.<\/p>\n\n<h4 id=\"4-play-button\" >4) Play button<\/h4>\n\n<p>The user&#8217;s browsing behavior can be viewed like a movie.<br\/>Click the Play button to open the playback window.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"%e2%97%86overview\" >\u25c6Overview<\/h2>\n\n<p>You can specify a time period to check the entire access.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"827\" src=\"https:\/\/mem.quarka.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/home-stats-1024x827.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1656\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mem.quarka.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/home-stats-1024x827.png 1024w, https:\/\/mem.quarka.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/home-stats-300x242.png 300w, https:\/\/mem.quarka.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/home-stats-768x621.png 768w, https:\/\/mem.quarka.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/home-stats-50x40.png 50w, https:\/\/mem.quarka.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/home-stats-920x743.png 920w, https:\/\/mem.quarka.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/home-stats-600x485.png 600w, https:\/\/mem.quarka.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/home-stats-320x259.png 320w, https:\/\/mem.quarka.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/home-stats.png 1229w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>In the first setting, the last three months are shown.<\/p>\n\n<p>\uff08Picture1\uff09You can change the display period using a calendar or other means.<br\/>The selected period will be reflected in the graph, total, and data download period.<br\/>\uff0aFor periods with no data, the numbers will be displayed as &#8220;0&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<h4 id=\"%e2%96%a0download-detailed-data\" >\u25a0Download detailed data<\/h4>\n\n<p>\uff0aSince <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Ver 2.0.5<\/span>, &#8220;CSV&#8221; file download has been switched to<span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">&#8220;TSV&#8221;<\/span> file download. (Changed from comma-separated to tab-separated.)<br\/>No more concerns about shifting columns even when &#8220;,&#8221; (comma) is included in the title.<\/p>\n\n<p>\uff08Picture2\uff09<br\/>In Ver. 2.0.4 and earlier, when you click the &#8220;Download Access Details CSV&#8221; button, a CSV file (comma separated) will be generated.<br\/>In Ver. 2.0.5 and later, when you click the &#8220;Download Access Details TSV&#8221; button, you will be able to download the access details as a TSV file (tab-delimited).<br\/>You can download detailed data. (You cannot select the file type.)<\/p>\n\n<p>\uff0aThe CSV file seems to be opened immediately without any special work in Excel, but the TSV file needs to be configured.<br\/>\uff08(Reference site: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/shuhelohelo.hatenablog.com\/entry\/2020\/04\/28\/140001\" target=\"_blank\">How to open a TSV file in Excel<\/a>)\uff09<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\uff0aDownloading may not be possible depending on the amount of data.<\/strong> In that case, <strong>please shorten the specified time period (reduce the total PV of the period) and download.<\/strong>Although it varies depending on the server, it is recommended to set the upper limit at around 10,000 total PVs.<\/p>\n\n<p>\uff0aThe file is created when you download it.<br\/>\u30fbThe file name will be &#8220;QA_Data_[Period]&#8221;.<br\/>\u25bcFor Ver 2.0.0 (CSV file)<br\/>\u30fbIf the selected period spans multiple months, a file will be created for each month. Starting from 2.0, &#8220;Real-time View&#8221; and &#8220;Site Statistics&#8221; have been integrated and reborn with improved functionality.<br\/>To change a plugin from Ver 1.x.. to Ver. 2.x.. Due to the nightly processing of the data, the &#8220;Overview&#8221; and &#8220;Session &amp; Heat Map&#8221; will not be available on the day of the update.
