{"id":2200,"date":"2022-01-28T13:59:41","date_gmt":"2022-01-28T04:59:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mem.quarka.org\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=2200"},"modified":"2022-01-31T18:42:43","modified_gmt":"2022-01-31T09:42:43","slug":"data-storage-location-and-period","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/mem.quarka.org\/en\/manual\/data-storage-location-and-period\/","title":{"rendered":"Data storage (location and period)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 id=\"where-to-store-the-data\" >Where to store the data<\/h3>\n\n<p>The data will be stored on your server.<\/p>\n\n<p>The following two areas are used for storage.<\/p>\n\n<p>(1) Database<br\/>The plugin uses a database as a temporary storage location.<br\/>After a certain period of time, the old ones are deleted.<\/p>\n\n<p>(2) In your &#8220;wp-content&#8221; directory<br\/>The plugin creates a dedicated folder &#8220;qa-heatmap-analytics-data&#8221; and saves the daily data in file format in that folder.<br\/>*Do not change the folder hierarchy, as this will be the data to refer to.<\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"data-storage-period\" >Data storage period<\/h3>\n\n<p>The data stored in the dedicated folder &#8220;qa-heatmap-analytics-data&#8221; will be handled:<br\/>&#8211; In free version, the data prior to the first day of the month before last will be deleted in the nightly processing.<br\/>&#8211; With a subscription plan, there is basically no deletion.<\/p>\n\n<p>Therefore, the data that can be viewed is for the following periods:<br\/>&#8211; For free version, up to the previous month.<br\/>&#8211; With a subscription, all recorded data is available for an unlimited period.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n<p><strong>&gt;When subscribing a plan and using older versions (Ver. 2.0.7 or earlier)<\/strong><br\/>In the &#8220;Settings&#8221; screen, there is an item for the storage period. This is the storage period in the database.<br\/>There is no need to change the settings.
