Unable to download TSV (or CSV)

Downloading detailed data is a function of Ver. 2.0 or later.
・ Ver 2.0.0 – Ver 2.0.4 : CSV download
・ Ver 2.0.5 – : TSV Download
(You can’t select the file type.)

If you are unable to download the TSV / CSV file because of the message “An error occurred during data acquisition” even after clicking the “Access Details TSV / CSV Download” button, the amount of data may be too large.

Please try downloading by shortening the specified period (adjusting the “Total PVs” displayed in the Total Periods column to be less).
Although it varies depending on the server, it is recommended that you set the upper limit of the total number of PVs for the period to about 10,000.
