【お詫び】Ver 2.0.1.0 にて不具合が発生しています。

QA Heatmap Analyticsのご愛顧ありがとうございます。 8月25日に公開したVer2.0.1.0にて、不具合が発生し「ヒートマップ」がnot foundになってしまう現象が発生しております。大変申し訳ございません。 現在、復旧作業中で27日(金)中に対応を完了する予定で進めております。なおviewerの不具合であり、データは保存されておりますのでご安心ください。 皆様には多大なご不便をおかけしお詫び申し上げます、また復旧いたしましたらアナウンスさせて頂きます。

Issuing receipts and invoices

QA is mainly a monthly and credit card payment service plan.Monthly invoicing and receipts are not available except for the Agent and Enterprise plans. We ask that you use the statement issued by your credit card company as your receipt.The statement will be marked “QuarkA”.

About Monthly Payment

All of the paid plans (Personal, Lite, Business, and Agent) are paid on a monthly basis.For the Enterprise Plan only, we can provide an “annual payment” option upon request. The payment methods are as follows Personal Plan / Lite Plan / Business Plan・credit card payment Agent Plan / Enterprise Plan・credit card payment・Bank transfer Currently, all plans except for the Enterprise Plan are available only on a monthly basis, but if we receive a lot of requests, we will consider offering “half-yearly contracts” and “annual contracts” in the future.

Paid Plan Page Login and Notes

This page is only available to those with paid plans (Personal, Lite, Business, Agent, Enterprise).After logging in, you can do the following ・Contact the support team directly・Change of plan・Profile change・License Management・Request for Cancellation Login is required.Log in with your registered email address and password.
